Our Founder Delia Passi
MyCabinet School Health was founded by Delia Passi, a lifelong advocate for women and families, a former educator, and a healthcare innovator driven by a deeply personal mission.
Her journey began through firsthand experiences navigating the complexities of healthcare within her own family. While balancing leadership, family responsibilities, and a strong commitment to service, she identified a broader systemic issue that extended beyond the home and into the institutions responsible for caring for children every day.
Drawing on her experience as an educator, Delia recognized a critical gap. School nurses were being asked to manage increasingly complex student health needs using outdated and fragmented systems. At the same time, parents lacked visibility and real-time communication about their child’s care during the school day.
This insight sparked the vision behind MyCabinet.
Beyond building the platform, Delia has become a recognized advocate for advancing school health at the highest levels. She works alongside education leaders, policymakers, and state officials to modernize school health systems and improve safety, compliance, and outcomes for students nationwide.
Her work continues to be guided by a deep commitment to service, innovation, and the well-being of children and families.
