Q: What happens if we move to another school?

If you move within the same district and school system and that school uses the MyCabinet School Health parent app, your child’s profile will automatically switch to the new school once the school updates their enrollment. This can take several days or weeks based on your school system’s data transfer process. If not, your app will no longer display school health information for that child(ren).

Q: What do I do if I forgot my password?

On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts. You’ll receive a verification code by email or text to reset your password securely.

Q: What language options are available in the app?

You can change the app language at any time by going to Settings → Language . Current supported languages include: English Spanish Portuguese Haitian Creole

Q: How do I turn on Face ID / biometric login?

Go to Settings in the app and toggle Face ID / Biometric Login to “On.” If your phone asks for permission, tap Allow . We highly recommend keeping this turned on for quick and secure access to your parent app.

Q: Can I use a different email than the one the school has on file?

No. For security reasons, the app uses the email or phone number your school has already verified for you. If it needs to be updated, please contact your school directly.
