The nurse cannot see inside your app.
They do however see limited communication status indicators, including:
- Whether a clinic visit notification was successfully delivered to your app or email
- Whether you’ve viewed the clinic visit in the parent app
- Whether a medication expiration reminder was delivered to your app or email
- Whether you viewed the medication’s expiration details in the parent app
These indicators simply help the nurse know if important messages reached you.
