Some children may visit the school clinic more than once in a day, consistently (i.e. for chronic conditions), which can result in multiple notifications being sent. We understand that this may feel overwhelming, and we are already planning a future feature that will allow parents to choose a “Once Per Day” notification option—sending a single summary at the end of the day rather than real-time alerts.
In the meantime, you can modify your notifications by going to ‘Settings’ –> ‘Notifications’

You can turn off notifications entirely and simply open the app at any time to view all clinic visit details.

You can keep push notifications on (to receive a quick, one-time “ping” to your phone each time your child is seen) while turning off email notifications, if you prefer fewer messages, or vice versa.
